1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 431
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 431 as follows:

3 on page 11, line 30, after "operations", by inserting "who are
4 subject to the provisions of Section 22.51(b)(1)(A)"; and

5 on page 11, line 36, after "notification", by inserting ", but
6 not sooner than January 1, 2007".
