AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 431

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 431 as follows:

on page 15, by replacing lines 5 through 17 with the following: "subsection (a) of this Section, at any pollution control facility where in which the Agency finds that an emergency condition exists creating an immediate danger to public health or welfare or the environment, the Agency may seal any equipment, vehicle, vessel, aircraft, or other facility contributing to the emergency condition.".
