AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 477

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 477 on page 4, lines 9 and 10, by replacing ", extreme violence, and death" with "and extreme violence"; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 14 through 16 with the following: "defendant is guilty of a Class X felony."; and

on page 5, line 4, by inserting "or the Minimum Wage Law, whichever is greater" after "(FLSA)".
