    Amends the Railroad Terminal Authority Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Railroad Terminal Authority Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 1905/1)  (from Ch. 114, par. 361)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.
8     This Act shall be known and may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Railroad Terminal Authority Act.
