SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

415 ILCS 5/57.3

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Program.

AN ACT concerning safety.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by changing Section 57.3 as follows:

(415 ILCS 5/57.3)

Sec. 57.3. Underground Storage Tank Program. The The General Assembly hereby establishes the Illinois Leaking Underground Storage Tank Program (LUST Program). The LUST Program shall be administered by the Office of the State Fire Marshal and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
