1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1691
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1691 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 6, by inserting the following:
4 "(c) The changes to this Section made by this amendatory
5 Act of the 94th General Assembly apply to collective bargaining
6 agreements entered into on or after the effective date of this
7 amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly."; and

8 on page 2, lines 15 and 16, by replacing "upon becoming law"
9 with "on July 1, 2006".
