1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1692
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1692 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 10, by inserting the following:
4     "(c) The changes to this Section made by this amendatory
5 Act of the 94th General Assembly apply to collective bargaining
6 agreements entered into on or after the effective date of this
7 amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly."; and

8 on page 10, immediately below line 26, by inserting the
9 following:
10     "(g) The changes to this Section made by this amendatory
11 Act of the 94th General Assembly apply to collective bargaining
12 agreements entered into on or after the effective date of this
13 amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly.".
