1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1953
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1953 on page 1,
3 line 15, by replacing "proceeding" with "judicial proceeding";
4 and

5 on page 1, line 25, by inserting after the period the
6 following:
7 "This Section does not apply to a minor charged with a
8 violation of a boating or fish and game law, or a municipal or
9 county ordinance.".
