1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2469
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2469 on page 18,
3 immediately below line 33, by inserting the following:
4 "All licenses without "Therapeutic Certification" on March
5 31, 2006 shall be placed on non-renewed status and may only be
6 renewed after the licensee meets those requirements
7 established by the Department that may not be waived."; and

8 on page 19, line 19, after "Department", by inserting "that may
9 not be waived".
