1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2872
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2872, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 1, line 6, by changing "parking" to "an airport or
6 parking"; and

7 on page 1, line 8, by replacing "exempt." with the following:
8     "exempt. For the purpose of this item (2), "airport" does
9     not include any airport property, as defined under Section
10     10 of the O'Hare Modernization Act.
11     Any transaction described under item (2) of this subsection
12 must be undertaken in accordance with all appropriate federal
13 laws and regulations.".
