1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 182
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 182 on page 3, line
3 6, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "From the appropriation for the purposes of this Act, the
5 University of Illinois at Chicago and Southern Illinois
6 University shall negotiate, with agencies providing
7 supervision for forensic psychiatric fellows, the
8 reimbursement of the marginal costs associated with that
9 supervision, unless the University of Illinois at Chicago or
10 Southern Illinois University is providing the supervision.
11 Agencies providing supervision to more than one forensic
12 psychiatric fellow may aggregate these marginal costs.".
