2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 236 on page 4, after
3 line 24, by inserting the following:

4 "The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 95th
5 General Assembly do not affect the status of any existing
6 collective bargaining representative or collective bargaining
7 agreement.".
