1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 246
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 246 on page 11,
3 immediately below line 14, by inserting the following:
4         "(5) The workplace of any manufacturer, importer, or
5     wholesaler of tobacco products, the workplace of any
6     tobacco dealer or processor, and all tobacco storage
7     areas.".
