1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 374
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 374 on page 30, by
3 replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following:

4     "Section 404.2. Operation of Act subject to annual
5 appropriations. The operation of this Act is subject to annual
6 appropriations to the Department of Labor for costs associated
7 with administering this Act.

8     Section 405. Effective date. This Act takes effect one year
9 after it becomes law.".
