AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 380

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 380 by replacing

everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended  by adding

Division 5 to Article 11 as follows:

    (35 ILCS 200/Art. 11 Div. 5 heading new)
