1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 463
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 463 on page 4, line
3 18, immediately after "carrier" by inserting:
4 ", other than a prepaid wireless carrier that provides zip code
5 information based upon the addresses associated with its
6 customers' points of purchase, customers' billing addresses,
7 or locations associated with MTNs, as described in subsection
8 (a) of Section 17,"; and

9 on page 8, line 11, immediately after "(c)" by inserting:
10 "or any prepaid wireless carrier that fails to provide zip code
11 information based upon the addresses associated with its
12 customers' points of purchase, customers' billing addresses,
13 or locations associated with MTNs, as described in subsection
14 (a) of this Section,"; and

15 on page 13, line 13, by replacing "2018" with "2013".
