1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 474
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 474, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 6, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
5 following
6         "(6) A person who is licensed as a residential building
7     contractor or licensed in a similar profession, as
8     determined by the Department, by a municipality engaged in
9     the licensure of residential building contractors or
10     similar persons before the effective date of this Act and
11     who practices the profession within that municipality.".
