AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 477

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 477 by replacing line 16 on page 1 through line 2 on page 2 with the following:

""Health care facility" means any public or private hospital, clinic, center, medical school, medical training institution, laboratory or diagnostic facility, infirmary, dispensary, ambulatory surgical treatment center, or other facility. "Health care facility" does not include a physician's or health care practitioner's office."; and

on page 4, line 25, by replacing "medical" with "professional or graduate"; and

on page 5, line 2, by deleting "medical or other"; and

on page 5, line 8, by deleting "medical school or".
