1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 620
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 620, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 7, after the period, by inserting the
5 following:

6 "Any provision of a county zoning ordinance pertaining to wind
7 farms that is in effect before the effective date of this
8 amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly may continue in
9 effect notwithstanding any requirements of this Section.".
