1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 656
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 656, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing Section 99 with the following:

4 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
5 becoming law or when capital bills of the 95th General Assembly
6 enacted after January 9, 2008 become law and implement a
7 capital program of at least $10,000,000,000 over 5 years,
8 whichever is later.".
