AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 663

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 663, on page 3, by replacing line 4 with the following:

"the offense; .

14. Any offense against any provision in the Illinois Vehicle Code, or any local ordinance, regulating the movement of traffic, that has caused or contributed to an accident resulting in the death of any person."; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 15 through 19 with the following: "or permit.".
