2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 820, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 14 through 16 with the
5 following:
6 "the fingerprint-based criminal history records check
7 conducted against the fingerprint records filed in the
8 Department of State Police criminal history records databases,
9 records of convictions, until expunged, to the carnival owner
10 or the Department, whicheve r requested the check; however, the
11 results of criminal history records checks conducted against
12 the fingerprint records filed in the Federal Bureau of
13 Investigation criminal history records databases may be
