AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 913

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 913 on page 1, by replacing lines 19 through 23 with the following:

"(iii) Custody exercised under a statutory short-term guardianship for reasons other than to have access to the educational programs of the district, provided that within 365 60 days of the pupil's enrollment a court order is entered that establishes a permanent guardianship and grants custody to a person with whom the pupil resides for"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:

"reasons other than to have access to the educational programs of the district.".
