1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1116
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1116, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No.1, on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 5 with the
5 following:
6 "protection district, or owned by the chief of the fire
7 department or the chief's first deputy officer, if (i) the
8 chief or the chief's first deputy officer is authorized by the
9 corporate authorities of the municipality or fire protection
10 district to use the vehicle as an emergency response vehicle
11 and (ii) the fire department does not provide a vehicle for the
12 chief or the chief's first deputy officer. There shall appear
13 on these plates, in".
