1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1289
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1289 on page 6, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:
4         "(22) the defendant committed the offense against a
5     person who was elderly, disabled, or infirm by taking
6     advantage of a family or fiduciary relationship with the
7     elderly, disabled, or infirm person.".
