1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1332
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1332 by inserting
3 after the last line of Section 10 the following:

4 "Section 15. Criminal background checks permitted. Nothing
5 in this Act shall be construed to prohibit a State agency from
6 conducting a criminal background check of an applicant for
7 State employment.".
