2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1462 on page 1, line
3 14, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "This Section applies to causes of action arising on or after
5 the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General
6 Assembly or to causes of action for which the limitation period
7 has not yet expired.".
