1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1496
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1496, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing Section 99 with the following:

4 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
5 becoming law, but only if and not until all of the following
6 House Bills of the 95th General Assembly become law: 1496,
7 2651, 4723, 5618, and 6339.".
