2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1702, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 2, on page 12, by replacing lines 8 through 16 with the
5 following:
6         "(19) The term "tollway employee" means a person
7     employed by the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority as a
8     lane walker, senior lane walker, toll collector, or senior
9     toll collector.".
