1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1752
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1752 on page 4, in
3 line 2 by inserting after the period the following:

4 "The increase provided by this amendatory Act of the 95th
5 General Assembly must be used to increase each judge's
6 compensation and may not be used by the election authority or
7 election jurisdiction to reduce its portion of a judge's
8 compensation.".
