AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2651, on page 5, line 12, by replacing "or (iii)" with "(iii) the date that payments begin under subsection (c-5) of Section 13 of this Act, or (iv)"; and

on page 20, line 8, by replacing "June 30, 2011" with "on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly".
