| AN ACT concerning criminal law.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 110-11 as follows:
|

| Sec. 110-11. Bail on a new trial.
|

| If the
the judgment of conviction is reversed and the cause |

| remanded for a
new trial the trial court may order that the |

| bail stand pending such trial,
or reduce or increase bail. |
