Amends the Partnership for Long-Term Care Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a definition.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning aging.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Partnership for Long-Term Care Act is amended by changing Section 10 as follows:

(320 ILCS 35/10) (from Ch. 23, par. 6801-10)

Sec. 10. Definitions. "Program" means the the long-term care insurance partnership program established under this Act.
