on page 1, lines 13 through 15, by deleting "The Department may engage the experts and additional resources that are reasonably necessary for implementing this process."; and

on page 2, lines 6 through 8, by deleting "The Department may engage the experts and additional resources that are reasonably necessary for implementing this process."; and

on page 4, lines 20 through 22, by deleting "The Office may engage the experts and additional resources that are reasonably necessary for implementing this process."; and

on page 5, lines 6 through 8, by deleting "The Agency and Board may engage the experts and additional resources that are reasonably necessary for implementing this process.".
