1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3678
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3678 on page 1, line
3 10, by inserting after "neglect" the following:
4 "or by any other means or from any mandated reporter under
5 Section 4"; and

6 on page 1, line 12, by replacing "cocaine" with "a controlled
7 substance as defined in subsection (f) of Section 102 of the
8 Illinois Controlled Substances Act or a metabolite thereof".
