AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4471

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4471, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2, on page 2, line 13, by replacing "(i) a copy of a" with "(i) a"; and

on page 2, line 19, after the period, by inserting the following: "When the person enrolling the child provides the school or other entity with a certified copy of the child's birth certificate, the school or other entity shall promptly make a copy of the certified copy for its records and return the original certified copy to the person enrolling the child."; and

on page 2, line 20, by replacing "obtained a copy of" with "been provided with"; and

on page 2, line 23, by replacing "or obtain another such" with "another such certified".
