1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4602
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4602 on page 9,
3 immediately below line 22, by inserting the following:

4     "Section 90. The State Mandates Act is amended by adding
5 Section 8.32 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 805/8.32 new)
7     Sec. 8.32. Exempt mandate. Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8
8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the
9 implementation of any mandate created by this amendatory Act of
10 the 95th General Assembly.".
