2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4683 on page 1, line
3 21, by replacing "counties and" with "counties,"; and

4 on page 1, line 23, by inserting after "Act" the following:
5 ", and individuals licensed under the Professional Engineering
6 Practice Act of 1989".
