1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4762
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4762 on page 6,
3 immediately below line 1, by inserting the following:
4 "(d-5) The practice of professional geology by any person
5 pursuing a course of study leading to a degree in geology from
6 an accredited college or university as set forth in this Act
7 and by rule, provided that (i) such practice constitutes a part
8 of a supervised course of study, (ii) the person is under the
9 supervision of a geologist licensed under this Act, and (iii)
10 the person is designated by a title that clearly indicates his
11 or her status as a student or trainee.".
