1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4877
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4877 on page 5, by
3 inserting immediately below line 10 the following:
4         "(1.5) Telecommunications carriers, commercial mobile
5     service providers, and providers of information services,
6     including, but not limited to, Internet service providers
7     and hosting service providers, are not liable under this
8     Section by virtue of the transmission, storage, or caching
9     of electronic communications or messages of others or by
10     virtue of the provision of other related
11     telecommunications, commercial mobile services, or
12     information services used by others in violation of this
13     Section.".
