1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4988
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4988, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1 on page 24, line 20, after "Force", by inserting "within the
5 Department of Juvenile Justice"; and

6 on page 26, line 17, after "2009.", by inserting "The Task
7 Force may receive funding through specific appropriations
8 available for its purposes made to the Department of Juvenile
9 Justice. The Department of Juvenile Justice shall provide
10 administrative support to the Task Force.".
