AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5788

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5788 on page 1, line 15, after the period, by inserting the following: "This Section shall be repealed 3 years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly."; and

on page 2, immediately below line 20, by inserting the following:

"(c) This Section shall be repealed 3 years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly."; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following: "amount equal to $3,000 $2,700 annually, including the foreclosure prevention surcharge provided for in subsection (c) of this Section; however, 3 years after this effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly, the total shall be in an amount equal to $2,700 annually. The however, the Commissioner"; and

on page 5, line 20, by replacing "$1,000" with "$300"; and

on page 5, line 21, after the period, by inserting the following: "This subsection (c), other than this sentence, shall be inoperative 3 years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly.".
