AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 88

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 88 on page 1, line 11, by inserting "wireless service," after "telecommunications service,"; and

on page 1, line 13, by inserting ", wireless service," after "telecommunications service"; and

on page 1, line 19, by replacing "public service" with "public services service"; and

on page 2, line 4, by replacing "and" with "and"; and

on page 2, line 5, by inserting after "Act" the following: "; or wireless service or other service regulated by the Federal Communications Commission".
