1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 208
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 208 on page 1, line
3 9, by replacing "shall" with "may"; and

4 on page 1, line 12, by replacing "Leadership on Energy and
5 Design" with "Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design";
6 and

7 on page 1, by replacing line 17 with "certified buildings. The
8 grant program shall be permissive and subject to appropriation
9 by the General Assembly".
