2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 307, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 4, on page 148, line 3, after "Directors", by inserting: "with
5 at least 2 affirmative votes from Directors who reside in the
6 City of Chicago, at least 2 affirmative votes from Directors
7 who reside in Cook County outside the City of Chicago, and at
8 least 2 affirmative votes from Directors who reside in the
9 Counties of DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane, or McHenry".
