1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 385
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 385 on page 8, by
3 deleting lines 9 through 12; and

4 on page 16, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following:
5         "(2) He or she has earned one of the following from an
6     accredited institution of postsecondary education:
7             (A) a bachelor of science degree;
8             (B) an associate's degree in midwifery; or
9             (C) an associate's degree or higher in nursing.".
