1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 573
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 573 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989
5 is amended by changing Section 4 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 315/4)  (from Ch. 111, par. 8104)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
8     Sec. 4. After the~~the~~ effective date of this Act, no person
9 may represent himself to be a landscape architect or use the
10 title "landscape architect", "registered landscape architect",
11 or any other title which includes the words "landscape
12 architect", unless registered under this Act.
