1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 665
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 665 on page 8, by
3 inserting immediately below line 15 the following:
4 "Recordings made pursuant to this subsection (m) shall be
5 confidential records and may only be used by: (1) school
6 officials or their designees for school discipline purposes;
7 and (2) law enforcement personnel.".
