1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 705
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 705 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 10 with the following:
4 "(d) For the purposes of this Section, "licensed
5 prescriber" means a prescriber as defined in the Illinois
6 Controlled Substances Act or an optometrist licensed under the
7 Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.".
