1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1317
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1317 on page 25,
3 after line 2, by inserting the following:

4     "The Authority shall not provide financing for any project,
5 or portion thereof, located outside the boundaries of the
6 United States of America.
7     Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the
8 Authority shall not provide financing that constitutes an
9 indebtedness or obligation, general or moral, or a pledge of
10 the full faith or loan of credit of the State for any project,
11 or portion thereof, that is located outside of the State.".
